Drush Make Driven Development (DMDD)

DMDD is a different way of managing your Drupal site core and contrib components as an organized list of versioned dependencies. With drush make you always know what's inside your code base: core version, each contrib module version, external libraries and other dependencies, PATCHES - everything is documented in a make file. Code upgrades could never be easier, just update the version number and launch the build. Everything is downloaded, put together and patches are applied automatically.
